Come and Visit Us

Sunday mornings

10:00am to approximately 11.15am is our weekly ‘main event’. We are currently meeting in a variety of different ways, some from our homes online, while some are coming to the church building sitting either inside our Main Hall or on the forecourt. The link to our service will be available from our website front page and is usually  followed by a 'zoom' call after church chat over a tea/coffee opportunity (not taking place over the summer).  Visitors are always welcome.  You could also subscribe to our Youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC1kA7F3etQ6fx48vLLd45fQ.

When we are able to gather all together in the church building, it fills with people of all ages, together to worship God and learn about following Jesus in today’s world. A crèche and children and youth activities run parallel to the service (currently pre-book only and only running certain weeks whilst we build our teams back up after the pandemic) and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. We hope very shortly to be able to offer tea and coffee available both before and afterward the service inside but you can usually get a cuppa on the forecourt already. To hear a Sunday morning message go to audio downloads.  See link for more details: http://www.portswood.org/what-we-do/sundays-at-portswood

Tuesdays

Portswood Pod (Baby & Toddler group) - 10:00am to 11:00am. Pre-schoolers, babies and their parents/carers get together for play, shared activities and support.

This group has recently resumed after a long break due to the pandemic but we are keeping the numbers quite low for the moment and therefore booking per half term is essential.

There is a small charge of approximately £1.50 per week per family.

Term time only.

See link for more information: http://www.portswood.org/portswood-blog/portswood-pod.

If you would like to get in touch and connect with us whilst we are away from our building, please email our office: admin@portswood.org.uk - we would love to hear from you.
